FFPTravels – World Greatest Adventure: Official Rules

Effective Date: 1 September 2025

1. Organizer

The Promotion known as the “FFPTravels World's Greatest Adventure” (the “Promotion”) is organized by Find Fit People Ltd, incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands (BVI) with its registered office at [insert address]. Operational support is provided by Find Fit People L.L.C-F.Z (Meydan Freezone, Dubai, UAE) and Find Fit People Pty Ltd (Cairns, Queensland, Australia). Collectively, these entities are referred to as “FFPTravels,” “Organizer,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

No partnership, agency, joint venture, or sponsorship relationship shall be implied between the Organizer and any prize sponsor, brand, or third-party partner.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to natural persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law, including but not limited to Belgium, Italy, Sweden, Quebec (Canada), Brazil, India, China, Russia, and Saudi Arabia. Entrants are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence.

Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of FFPTravels, as well as their immediate family members, are ineligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion shall commence at 00:00 UTC on 1 September 2025 and shall conclude at 23:59 UTC on 20 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”). The Organizer reserves the right, at its discretion, to amend, extend, or shorten the Promotion Period upon notice published through official FFPTravels channels.

4. Methods of Entry

There are two lawful methods of entry:

(a) Paid Entry – Purchasing a Premium Public or Professional Membership. Individuals who purchase a Premium Public Membership of FFPTravels or Professional Membership and receive the associated services and benefits, shall also be automatically entered into the main draw for the adventure holidays, and be eligible to become a city ambassador or chief adventure officer.

(b) Free Entry – Register as free user on www.ffptravels.com. No purchase is required. Entrants may submit an entry by (i) completing the free user account form at www.ffptravels.com, (ii) posting a fitness, adventure, wellness, or sports activity on social media and tagging @ffptravels, or (iii) participating in livestream challenges as directed by the Organizer.

Each entry, whether paid or free, has an equal chance of winning the adventure holidays. Entrants may not use automated means or multiple accounts to obtain an unfair advantage.

5. Prize Pool

The total prize pool has an approximate aggregate retail value of USD $1,000,000. Prizes consist of, but are not limited to, adventure and travel experiences, fitness and adventure gear, wellness services, and international holiday experiences.

Grand Prizes shall not exceed a retail value of USD $10,000 per prize. Prizes shall be awarded randomly throughout the Promotion Period, including daily, weekly, monthly, and grand prize draws. The timing and frequency of such draws shall be determined solely at the discretion of the Organizer and shall not imply a guarantee that a prize will be awarded on each day, week, or month.

The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize, in whole or in part, with another prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

6. Winner Selection

Winners shall be selected at random from all eligible entries, or through such promotional challenges as may be announced during the Promotion. Draws may be conducted manually, electronically, or with the assistance of independent auditors at the Organizer’s discretion.

All decisions of the Organizer concerning the selection of winners are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of any draw.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

Winners shall be notified via email, direct message on social media, or during official livestream announcements within seven (7) days of the draw. It is the entrant’s responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date contact details.

A winner who fails to claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of notification may be deemed to have forfeited their prize, and the Organizer may, at its discretion, award the prize to an alternate entrant. The Organizer shall not be liable for notification emails or messages blocked by spam filters, misdirected communications, or errors caused by third-party platforms.

8. Taxes and Duties

All taxes, customs duties, levies, or other governmental charges arising from the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Organizer shall not provide tax advice and disclaims any liability arising from the winner’s failure to comply with tax obligations.

9. Publicity Rights

By accepting a prize, winners grant to FFPTravels a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable licence to use their name, likeness, voice, image, and any submitted content for advertising, promotion, publicity, and marketing purposes, in any media and by any means, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Conduct of Entrants

Entrants must not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct, including but not limited to multiple account registrations, use of bots, misrepresentation, or tampering with the entry process. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entrant at its sole discretion.

Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their conduct or breach of these Rules.

11. Third-Party Platforms

The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or any other third-party platform. Entrants acknowledge that these platforms bear no liability in connection with the Promotion. The Organizer shall not be responsible for outages, disruptions, or errors of third-party platforms that may affect entry or participation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FFPTravels disclaims all liability for:

• errors, omissions, or misconduct of third-party partners, sponsors, or service providers;

• delays, losses, or damages arising from prize suppliers, couriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events;

• unauthorised access to or misuse of entrant data beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control; and

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

The Organizer’s maximum aggregate liability to any entrant shall not exceed the actual retail value of the prize lawfully awarded to that entrant.

13. Force Majeure

The Organizer shall not be liable for any delay, modification, or cancellation of the Promotion caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labour disputes, government action, cyberattacks, or supply chain disruptions.

14. Modification or Termination

The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time. Notice of material changes shall be published on the official FFPTravels website and channels.

15. Data Protection

Personal data collected during the Promotion shall be processed in accordance with the FFPTravels Privacy Policy available at www.ffptravels.com/privacy. Entrants acknowledge that the Organizer is not liable for errors, breaches, or misuse of personal data by independent third-party service providers beyond its control.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands (BVI). Entrants agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the BVI.

For operational purposes, FFPTravels may rely on its affiliates in Dubai (UAE) and Cairns (Australia), but all legal matters remain under the jurisdiction of the BVI.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Official Rules, together with the FFPTravels Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the entrant and the Organizer with respect to the Promotion and supersede any prior statements, promises, or representations.
